"Minimalist makeup is
about enhancing your features in a way that is more subtle," explains
Luciano LeAura, celebrity makeup artist, like Amanda Seyfried and Zoe Saldana.
Minimalist makeup is also very ideal for the office, meet clients, roads, and
so forth.
Here are eight steps you
should not miss when trying to display a minimalist makeup on your face.
Moisture
Before you apply make-up,
apply a hydrating facial moisturizer with SPF 15 or higher. "If you have
good skin, looking for a tinted moisturizer or BB cream to save time,"
Luciano suggestions.
Foundation
/ Concealer
The biggest key makeup
minimalist is how you can still look natural. "Your skin should be
flawless, matte and smooth," said Luciano. Apply foundation all over your
face and greed well with a brush or sponge. Next, apply concealer to the area
of the gray or red. Then cover
with applying powder.
Blush
On
Choose cheek coloring can
transform your look naturally red cheeks when in the sun. For example, pink or
berry.
Eye
Shadow
Eye shadow is optional for
makeup minimal, so you can skip this step if you want. If you want to wear
shimmer, choose smooth or matte shimmer with hues such as brown or peach.
"Sweep the shadow from lash line to crease," Luciano suggestions.
Eyeliner
Just as eye shadow, eyeliner
is also optional for the makeup minimalist. To enhance the eyes, you can apply
it with subtle color combinations such as brown or gray along the lash line up
to the top. To make the eyes more features, choose eyeliner made from a matte taupe color on
the bottom lash line.
Curler
Eyelashes are very important
to frame your eyes, so do not ignore. Use a good eyelash curler after mascara
or after greasing. Heated eyelash curler beforehand proved to be effective to
produce maximum results.
Mascara
"Apply mascara on the lashes upper and lower," said Luciano. Choose a color black-brown, brown or onyx for a natural look. Miss the colored mascara because it will only make shiny and thick eyelashes.
lipstick
Apply a thin colored lipstick or lip-balm to make natural makeup. "The color pink lips to make lips look soft and feminine," said Luciano. Pick a color close to your natural lip color, but with a slightly higher color to brighten your face.
